Dunefox partners earn a 30% recurring commission on every monthly subscription payment made by a referred customer during that customer's first 12 months on the platform. From month 13 onward, the commission rate for that same customer continues at 15% recurring for as long as they remain an active paying customer. There is no cap on the number of customers a partner can refer or on total earnings. This tiered structure applies independently to each referred customer based on their own signup date, so a partner's blended commission rate naturally rises toward 30% as they bring in new referrals each month. Commissions are paid monthly via Stripe.

The first-year rate of 30% is designed to reward partners most heavily during the period when they are doing the active work of introducing a business to Dunefox, onboarding them, and helping them get value from the platform. After 12 months, the commission steps down to 15% recurring, reflecting that the account has stabilized into a long-term relationship managed primarily by the Dunefox team. Partners continue to earn 15% indefinitely on that customer for as long as the subscription remains active, with no end date and no further step-downs.

The Dunefox partner program is open to digital marketing agencies, SaaS consultants, WhatsApp automation specialists, content creators, influencers, and software developers. It is particularly suited to professionals who work with customer-facing businesses in ecommerce, real estate, education, hospitality, or professional services.

Each approved partner receives a unique Stripe referral coupon code and referral link. Commissions are tracked automatically when a referred customer signs up using the partner's link, and the 12-month commission clock for that customer starts from their signup date. Payouts are processed once per month via Stripe for all commissions earned in the previous period. No manual tracking or invoicing is required.

Commissions are calculated as a percentage of whatever monthly subscription amount the referred customer actually pays, so upgrades and downgrades automatically adjust the commission amount without any action needed from the partner. If a customer cancels and later resubscribes within the same 12-month window from their original signup, the original commission timeline continues unless the Dunefox team determines the relationship should be treated as a new referral. Commissions are only paid on active, valid, paying subscriptions; no commission accrues during periods when a referred customer is not on a paid plan.

Yes. The Dunefox partner program is open to applicants worldwide. There is no geographic restriction. Partners operating in the UK, India, UAE, Southeast Asia, and the US are particularly well-positioned given Dunefox's primary target markets.

Approved Dunefox partners receive access to brand assets, product screenshots, feature descriptions, and campaign copy for use in their own channels. Partners are expected to represent the Dunefox brand accurately. Applications are reviewed manually: partners who misrepresent the product or use spam tactics are removed.

The 30% Year 1 / 15% Year 2+ structure is the standard commission rate for all new partner agreements going forward. Should Dunefox update this structure in the future, any changes will not apply retroactively to commissions already earned, and existing partners will be notified in advance with an updated agreement before any new rate takes effect.
