Refund Policy

Effective date: 1 May 2026

This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions to the Dunefox platform, provided by Sucetas Technologies UK Ltd (company number 16984447). It forms part of our Terms of Service. By subscribing to Dunefox, you agree to this policy.

1. Free Trial

Dunefox offers a 14-day free trial for new subscribers. No payment information is required to start your trial. You will only be charged when you actively choose to upgrade to a paid plan at the end of or during your trial period.

No refund is applicable to the free trial period, as no charge is made during this time. If you do not wish to continue after your trial, simply do not upgrade — your account will automatically expire at the end of the 14-day period with no charge.

2. Subscription Plans

Dunefox subscriptions are available on the following billing cycles:

Monthly Plan

Billed every 30 days. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Annual Plan

Billed once per year at a discounted rate. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current annual period.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You will receive an email reminder before any annual renewal.

3. Refund Eligibility — 14-Day Window

We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of your first paid charge (i.e. the date your trial converts to a paid subscription, or the date of your first payment if you subscribed without a trial).

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • Your refund request is submitted within 14 calendar days of your first paid charge;
  • You have not violated our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy;
  • Your account has not been suspended or terminated for misuse.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Requests made after the 14-day refund window has expired;
  • Renewal charges (monthly or annual) — if you forget to cancel before renewal, we are unable to refund the renewed period;
  • Partial or unused periods of a subscription — we do not issue pro-rated refunds for unused time within a billing period;
  • Add-on services, one-time fees, or setup fees (if applicable);
  • Accounts terminated for breach of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.

4. No Pro-Rated Refunds

Dunefox does not issue pro-rated refunds for:

  • Cancellation of a monthly plan mid-cycle — you retain access to the full features until the end of the period you paid for;
  • Cancellation of an annual plan mid-year — you retain access until the end of your annual subscription period;
  • Downgrades from a higher plan to a lower plan mid-cycle.

Upon cancellation, your account will remain fully active with all paid features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after that date.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 14-day window:

  1. Email us at support@dunefox.io with the subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Account Email]";
  2. Include your account email address and the reason for your refund request;
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

If your request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer or bank. We do not issue refunds via any method other than the original payment method.

6. Billing Concerns and Disputes

We handle all customer billing concerns and disputes directly. If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, or if you have a question about an invoice:

  1. Contact us first at support@dunefox.io — we aim to resolve all billing concerns within 5 business days;
  2. Please include your account email, the charge date, and the amount in question.

Chargebacks

If a chargeback is initiated with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, Dunefox will manage the dispute process through our payment partner and provide all necessary transaction evidence for resolution. We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback, as we are committed to resolving all billing issues fairly and promptly.

Accounts with an active chargeback may be suspended until the dispute is resolved.

7. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You may cancel your Dunefox subscription at any time from within your account settings on app.dunefox.io, or by contacting our support team at support@dunefox.io.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We will send a cancellation confirmation email to your registered email address.

If you have not received your cancellation confirmation within 24 hours of requesting it, please contact us immediately to confirm your cancellation has been processed.

8. Exceptional Circumstances

Dunefox may, at its sole discretion, make exceptions to this Refund Policy in cases of documented extraordinary circumstances (e.g. extended platform outage directly caused by Dunefox that materially impacted your use of the Services). Any such exceptions will be assessed individually and do not establish a precedent for future requests.

9. Your Statutory Rights (UK Consumers)

If you are a consumer based in the United Kingdom, you may have statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. For digital services and SaaS subscriptions, where you have expressly requested immediate access to the service and acknowledged that your right of cancellation may be affected, your statutory cancellation right may be limited.

Our 14-day refund window is offered as a goodwill policy and does not affect any statutory rights you may have. Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit or exclude your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. For existing subscribers, material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect.
