Dunefox VoiceNow live

AI phone agents that speak
all twelve Indian languages.

Dunefox Voice answers and places calls in your customer's own language, right down to Odia and Assamese, and switches between Hindi and English mid-sentence the way real callers do. It qualifies them, books the appointment, and passes the rest to your team.

Hear it first

Thirty voices.
Pick the one that sounds like you.

Real audio from the engines that run live calls. Pick an industry and press play.

Enquiries, site visits and renewals. The call back that decides the sale, made in minutes rather than the next working day.

I'm calling about the three-bedroom you enquired on. It's still available, and I have viewings open Thursday evening or Saturday morning. Which of those suits you better?

Your lease is up in sixty days, so I wanted to catch you before the notice window. The landlord is offering the same rent for another year if you sign this month. Shall I send the renewal across?

English (US)Property developerFollowing up after a site visit

You walked the show flat on Sunday. No pressure at all, I just want to know where you landed. Was it the layout, the floor you were shown, or the price that gave you pause?

Each card names the engine that rendered it. Swap engines per agent, or bring your own key and your own cloned voice.

How it works

Live in ten minutes,
not ten weeks.

No telephony stack to build. No dev sprint to book.

Connect a number

Buy one inside Dunefox, or bring your own Plivo or Twilio account. Calls route the moment it is attached.

Point it at your business

Drop in your website and it becomes a knowledge base. Add PDFs and FAQs. The agent answers from that, and only that.

Go live and listen

It answers, qualifies, books, and escalates. Every call returns as a recording, transcript, and summary.

What it does on a call

A full rep,
on every single call.

Not a phone tree with a nicer voice. It listens, acts, and knows when to get out of the way.

Interrupt it. Go on.

It stops talking the moment you start.

Real turn-taking with barge-in, so a caller can cut in mid-sentence the way they would with a person. No waiting for the beep, no talking over each other, no dead air while it thinks.

It doesn't make things up.

Answers are grounded in your knowledge base and your website. When the answer isn't there, it says so and hands the call to a human, with the full context already passed across.

Intent scored 0–100

Every call comes back with a score, sentiment, outcome and urgency, sorted so your team calls the hot ones first.

Books into your calendar

Checks real availability and writes the appointment straight into Google Calendar while the caller is still on the line.

Visual flow builder

Drag the call into shape: branches, conditions, actions. Deterministic where it must be, conversational everywhere else.

Outbound campaigns

Upload a list, schedule the start, let it dial the batch with retries and suppression built in.

Sends while it talks

Fires a proposal, a brochure or a payment link over WhatsApp or email mid-call, without breaking the conversation.

Swappable engines

Google, ElevenLabs, Deepgram, OpenAI, Anthropic, Plivo, Twilio. Bring your own keys, or use ours.

Inside the product

Everything that happened
on the call, in one place.

The calls, the leads, the pipeline and the campaigns are one system, not four.

The calls list: agent, duration, outcome and sentiment for every call
Every call

Sorted before you open it

Every call lands with a duration, an outcome and a sentiment already attached. Booking interest at the top, not interested at the bottom, and you know which ones to ring back before you read a word.

A call transcript: the agent confirming a booking, spelling a name back and asking for the city
Call detail

Read the whole conversation

The full transcript, turn by turn, next to the recording and the AI summary. You can see it confirm the party size, spell the name back, and collect the details it needed.

The flow builder canvas with trigger, greeting, ask question, handle objection and end call nodes
Flow builder

Design the call visually

Drag triggers, questions, objection handling and branching onto a canvas. A validation checklist tells you it will actually run before you put it on a live number.

Speaks their language

One agent. Many languages.
Even mid-sentence.

It hears the switch and follows, the way bilingual people actually talk.

Live, on one call

Sure, मैं आपको details भेज देती हूँ, and I'll book you in for शनिवारी सकाळी अकरा वाजता, does that work?

Before you trust it

Three things you can
check yourself.

On the trial, on a real call, in the first ten minutes. No reference call required.

Every call is evidence

Recording, transcript, summary, intent score and outcome on all of them. No black box to take on faith.

It hands over rather than guesses

Off its knowledge base it escalates to a human with the context attached, instead of inventing an answer that costs you the customer.

Your keys, your vendors

Run on our accounts or your own. Swap telephony or model providers without rebuilding your agents.

Pricing

Pay for minutes,
not for seats.

Questions

The things people
actually ask us.

They usually can't tell from the voice, and you shouldn't rely on that. Depending on where you're calling, disclosure may be legally required. The agent can be configured to say it's an AI assistant up front, and for outbound calling in regulated markets you should.

Yes. The agent supports barge-in: it stops speaking as soon as the caller starts, then picks up the thread. It's the first thing to try on a test call, and we're still tuning it, so tell us where it feels off.

It answers from your knowledge base: your website scraped into vectors, plus any PDFs and FAQs you add. When the answer isn't in there, it's instructed to say so and hand the call to a human rather than improvise, and you'll see exactly that in the transcript.

Over fifty, with live detection, including English, Hindi and Marathi. It can switch between them mid-sentence rather than forcing the caller to pick one at the start.

Google Calendar for booking, Zoho CRM for lead sync, WhatsApp and email for sending things mid-call, and Plivo or Twilio for telephony. Scale plans get API access and webhooks, which is how anything else gets wired up for now.

Yes. Bring your own keys for telephony and for the speech and language models, including your own cloned ElevenLabs voice. You pay those vendors directly and Dunefox a platform fee per minute.

Recordings, transcripts, summaries and intent scores are stored in your workspace and available through the dashboard and API. Recordings are on from the Growth plan up. Recording law varies by market, so check what notice you owe callers where you operate.

About ten minutes to a first live call: attach a number, point the agent at your website, pick a voice, test it. Tuning the prompt and the flow to how your business really talks takes longer, and it's the part worth spending time on.

Put it on a real call
in the next ten minutes.

Then ring it yourself and try to trip it up. That's the only demo that counts.
