AI voice agent pricing: pay only for the minutes you use

In India, introductory prices start from ₹4 per minute for Standard voices, ₹5 for Growth voices and ₹7 for Premium voices, down from the regular ₹6, ₹8 and ₹9. In US dollars they start from $0.05, $0.06 and $0.08, down from $0.07, $0.09 and $0.11. The rate covers the voice, speech recognition, the AI model and the phone line for calls within India.

The regular prices, ₹6, ₹8 and ₹9 per minute ($0.07, $0.09 and $0.11), are shown struck through beside them, and prices may move toward them later. We will announce any change in advance, so you can plan your top-ups before new rates apply.

No. There is one pay-as-you-go account, and every feature and every voice is open in your dashboard. Standard, Growth and Premium are only the per-minute rates for the voice an agent uses, so one agent can run on a Standard voice while another uses a Premium voice, and each call is charged at its own agent's rate.

No. Dunefox Voice is pay for what you use. You add credit to your wallet and each call is charged by the minute. The only monthly items are optional, such as a dedicated phone number or add-ons, and they are taken from the same credit day by day.

Only connected time is billed, in steps of one started minute. A call that is not answered costs nothing. A 90-second call is billed as two minutes at the rate of the voice that agent uses.

Every new workspace gets ₹1,000 (or $10) of credit for 14 days, with no card required. It runs Standard and Growth voices, including Google and Sarvam, Google or Deepgram speech recognition and Gemini 3.8 Flash, with a short preview of Premium voices from Cartesia and ElevenLabs. Test calls go to your own verified numbers through the shared Dunefox line.

Adding credit opens every voice, every supported speech recognition engine, the full range of Gemini models and outbound campaigns. You can skip the free credit and add credit straight away when you sign up.

Yes. Top-ups from ₹13,000 or $150 add 3% bonus credit, from ₹1,30,000 or $1,500 add 6%, and from ₹4,35,000 or $5,000 add 10%. The bonus lands in your wallet with the payment, which lowers your effective rate per minute.

A call already in progress is never cut off. New calls and campaign dials pause until you add credit, and campaigns resume on their own afterwards. You get an email before your balance runs low, and you can turn on auto-recharge so it never does.

In India you pay in rupees by UPI, card or netbanking, and 18% GST is added to the top-up. Outside India you pay in US dollars by card. Payments are processed by Razorpay in India and Stripe elsewhere.

A dedicated Indian phone number is ₹250 (or $3) per month, charged from your credit. It is available once you have added credit. Free-credit workspaces test on a shared line.

Yes. With bring your own keys, your own telephony, speech and AI accounts carry the calls, you pay those providers directly, and Dunefox charges only a platform fee from your credit. Talk to our team and we will help you switch.
